Thanks for the great tip! I have been working on this myself.
I learned about you from Smart Passive Income and have been devouring your podcasts, went from 1-14 over the past week. Thank you so much for all the great content and advice you put into all of your work. You and Pat have become the models I base my work off of, and hopefully once done the content will reflect that.
